Sunshine Village #120 is a lovingly furnished one bedroom plus loft/one bath condo that sleeps 4-6 comfortably, although it can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom has a queen log bed, with a brand new pillow-top mattress. Kids of all ages, big and small, will enjoy the cozy loft, which holds a queen, plus 2 twin beds. Bring along your favorite video console and play games up on the Loft TV! This cabin-like condo features a wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and woodsy decor throughout, including whimsical mountain accents and deep, overstuffed sofas. Guests will enjoy a well equipped upscale kitchen, complete with granite countertops and new appliances. Make your a family a home-cooked meal, using our handy gadgets, pots and pans and serving ware. There is always wood waiting for our guests, so that they may enjoy a nice cozy fire.

The condo community is located in a park-like setting, abutting the Sierra Star Golf Course. This complex has it all, from a tennis court, to a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, to BBQs and picnic benches scattered throughout the wooded pines. It is truly an environment that invites you to enjoy all seasons!
